Crystal Adeyemo spent years working as a Health Plan Analyst, managing the kind of logistical complexity that most people never see. Provider networks. Member operations. Authorization workflows. Compliance requirements. High-stakes coordination across multiple stakeholders, all of it subject to strict accuracy standards.

That work taught her a specific kind of precision: the ability to look at a system, identify every potential point of failure, and resolve those failures before they become problems. It is not a creative skill. It is an analytical one. And it is exactly what is missing from most travel experiences.

When she traveled, she applied the same methodology. Research was structured, not casual. Logistics were mapped before departure. Contingencies were documented. The trips ran smoothly because she ran them the way she ran everything else: methodically, completely, with no loose ends.

The insight behind Lead and Latitude was simple: the women she worked alongside, equally accomplished and equally overextended, were not taking trips like this. They were piecing together travel in the gaps of everything else they managed.
